Our amazing staff has earned its spot as one of the highest-ranking college radio stations in the nation. We are a two-time National Association of Broadcasters Marconi Award nominee for College Radio Station of the Year in 2019 and 2021. In 2022 The Bronc was nominated for six Intercollegiate Broadcasting System Media Awards. 107.7 The Bronc Retro was the winner for Best Sports Update for The Overtime. Along with that in 2021, The Bronc won three NBS: National Electronic Media Association Awards for Audio Sports Program, Live Sports Production, Audio Promo, PSA or Commercial.

Meet the Staff

John MozesGeneral Manager

A 30+ year radio veteran and graduate of Temple University ’87, John has been the General Manager of 107.7 The Bronc since September 2008. Before coming to Rider, John was a jack of all trades for 14 years at Nassau Broadcasting. He was a national award-winning Creative Director and Man On The Street for the PST Wake-Up Crew on both 97.5 and 94.5 WPST-FM before becoming the co-host of Philly Sports Live for three years on ESPN 920 WPHY-AM.

As the general manager for 107.7 The Bronc, John has helped mentor, advise and guide students to two consecutive Marconi Award nominations for College Radio Station of the Year and countless National Electronic Media Association and Intercollegiate Broadcasting System awards and nominations, while creating five campus tradition, adding a second online radio station called 107.7 The Bronc Retro and building new, state-of-the-art broadcast studios and production facilities.

Steve Bassin is the Graduate Assistant for 107.7 The Bronc and is currently pursuing a graduate certification in Sports Management at Rider University. Steve obtained his bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a concentration in Multimedia Journalism from Fairleigh Dickinson University (Florham), where he was part of FDU’s radio station. Along with his GA duties at 107.7 The Bronc, Steve is also a high school sports reporter for NJ.com and has over 10 years of experience working in the journalism field.

Nick WitkowskiStudent General Manager

Nick Witkowski (‘25) is originally from Plainsboro, NJ. He is majoring in Communication Studies with a double minor in Radio/Podcasting and Social Media Strategies. At 107.7 The Bronc, he is the current Student General Manager and host of 107.7 The Bronc’s award nominated weekday morning show, Wake Up Rider. Formerly, he was the Co-Production Director, Operations Director and Assistant Student General Manager. Nick is heavily involved on campus outside of the radio station, he is the Recruitment Chair of Theta Chi – Epsilon Rho, the Cord Requirements and Social Media Chair of Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society, and apart of Order of Omega. In his free time, you’ll often find Nick getting a lift in at the SRC, hopping on Xbox, or hanging out with his Fraternity brothers. 

Rosalyn Tiangco '26Assistant Student General Manager

Rosalyn is an Arts and Entertainment Industries Management major and Public Relations minor returning for another year on 107.7 The Bronc’s Student Executive Staff! Coming from Mount Laurel, NJ, Rosalyn is also a sister of Alpha Xi Delta, a Rider Bonner Community Scholar, the Business Manager of Deaftones A Cappella, and is also the host of her own show “Viral Voices”, and is the host and producer of “Fun Jersey”! In her free time, Rosalyn likes to watch Netflix, Food Network, and Disney movies, do word searches, and spend time with her sisters, friends, and family! She is very excited to keep learning and growing with such an amazing station like 107.7 The Bronc!

Olivia Parker is a radio podcasting major with a minor in social media strategies! She is the Program Director for 107.7 The Bronc and 107.7 The Bronc Retro as well as producer of Master Your Finances. Olivia is from Monroeville, New Jersey, and in her free time, enjoys record shopping, reading, and being in nature. When her time at Rider is up, she hopes to be a producer at a radio station and is open to any opportunity the industry has to offer!

Owen McCarron is a Radio and Podcasting major with a minor in Sports Media and is super excited to be a part of 107.7 The Bronc here at Rider University. The newest member of the Wake-Up Rider team, he’s a resident of the West Windsor-Plainsboro area and worked for two years at his high school radio station. Owen loves staying active on campus through both club and intramural sports, as well as attending the awesome events here on campus with his friends. Hopefully, Owen will get to meet some of you on campus while recording Wake Up Rider’s new segment Bronc On The Street. Since he’s only a freshman, Owen can’t wait to see what else the radio station has in store for him.

Emily O’Connor is an Arts and Entertainment Industries Management major, with a minor in Film and Television. At 107.7 The Bronc, she is on the Promotions Team as well as one of the anchors for the Bronc Buzz. Emily is also involved in the Rider University Network, where she is producing two TV shows, The Bounce and Baking with the Broncs. She is also a Bronc Ambassador. Outside of school, Emily loves to bake, read, and hang out with her family and friends.

Alli is a junior radio and podcasting major from Medford, New Jersey. She enjoys listening to music (so much that you NEVER see her without her headphones), watching movies, and absolutely loves sleeping. Alli is the host of Mixed Madness, a co-host of Wake Up Rider, and also a co-host of Rider Ranks. In her free time, you can catch Alli hanging out with her friends, reading, and did she mention listening to music? Alli’s music taste is all over the place, but her favorite band is The Beatles. Alli also loves watching hockey, so you can always talk about the New Jersey Devils with her. With only half of her college career left, Alli can’t wait to see what opportunities are thrown at her while working at 107.7 The Bronc.

Jaden Foreman is an award-winning dancer and entertainer. He has performed in many corners of the United States and has been bringing joy to audiences for just over a decade. More recently, he has been heavily involved with 107.7 The Bronc hosting All Funk’D Up, on Mondays from 4-5 PM under the name “DJ Triple F”. Jaden Foreman is The Bronc’s new Promotions Director and has already a lot of experience with assisting 107.7 The Bronc at Rider University events.

Jordan Hirsh is a Sports Media major from Yardley, PA. At 107.7 The Bronc, he is the sports director, the play-by-play voice of Rider Men’s Basketball and Lawrence High School Football, and an anchor of “The Best Damn Sports Report,” “The Overtime,” and “The Two Minute Drill.” He is also a producer for “The Feinline” which airs on 98.7 ESPN-FM in New York. Jordan is pursuing his dream of becoming a sports play-by-play broadcaster, something he has wanted to do since elementary school. He got his start in radio as an intern with “The Best Show Ever?” on 97.5 The Fanatic in the summer of 2023. Outside of school, Jordan enjoys bowling, and hanging out with friends, and is a HUGE Philadelphia sports fan.

Kadie DiGiuseppe is a Sports Media major from Glassboro NJ. Kadie is the News Director at the station where she is in charge of shows like The Bronc Buzz, The Bronc News Flash, Fun Jersey and Getting Down To Business. In addition to overseeing the shows, she is an anchor for The Bronc News Flash. Aside from 107.7 The Bronc, Kadie is a part of club softball as well as being a member of the Gail Bierenbaum’s Women’s Leadership Council. Kadie is also one of the Sports Editors at The Rider News. When Kadie is not at Rider, she is normally hanging out with her friends, at a Philadelphia sports game, watching TV, listening to music or at the beach.

Iso Rampulla is one of the Music Directors at 107.7 The Bronc and is currently studying psychology with a minor in Film and Media Studies. Iso is in charge of uploading the student shows music as well as the music for themed weekends. They have their own show called Movie Music Meltdown where they talk about the soundtracks in iconic movies and work on the Bronc Buzz team doing weekly reports. Outside of the station, they’re part of Movie Meltdown which is a Rider University Network show that breaks down movies, they also run the social media page for the show. At home they spend their time with friends doing the Rocky Horror Picture Show with Friday Nite Specials. Iso is incredibly passionate about both movies and music, they like all types of music but their personal favorites are 80s and alternative.

Jacob Acuna is a 2028 Rider undergraduate that is the current Co-Music Director of 107.7 The Bronc. He majors in Music Production and does not have a minor degree. He works behind the scenes to make sure that every show and song is polished and managed in and out of the radio station. Other than his involvement in 107.7 The Bronc, he likes to play video games, produce music, and play the piano.

Marissa Spencer ‘25  is a Broadcast Journalism & Musical Theatre double major. At 107.7 The Bronc, she serves as the webmaster & host of her very own music show; “Rockin’ with Riss!” Marissa is the former treasurer of the Rider Student Theatre Company as well as an actress often found in the Philadelphia/Jersey theatrical scene. On the weekends you can find her in a mosh pit, scouring the flea market for antiquities or on any hiking trail within a 15 mile radius of her whereabouts. Marissa harbors an intense passion for storytelling on all platforms, from the air to the stage!

Guy Varela is a Film and Television major from Scotch Plains, New Jersey. At 107.7 The Bronc, Guy is the new Media Services Director and is the host of his own music show, Guy FM. Besides the radio station, Guy is involved with the Rider University Network, working for The Bounce. Guy is also a brand new brother of Sigma Phi Epsilon Zeta. Outside of college, Guy loves to play soccer, volleyball, and video games, working out, hanging out with friends, and being a huge sports fan. Guy loves Pop Punk music, alongside Grunge and Rock, and has many favorite bands which include Blink-182, Neck Deep, and Third Eye Blind.

Benjamin Shinault is a Multi-platform Journalism major with a minor in Sports media. Benjamin was born and raised in Haddon Heights, New Jersey. Being only 10 minutes away from Philadelphia, Ben grew up being a huge Philadelphia sports fan and loves cheering on the Phillies when the weather turns warm. At 107.7 The Bronc, Benjamin is a play-by-play broadcaster for the women’s basketball team and he produces and writes sports updates for The Best Damn Sports Report and The Overtime. Outside of the studio, Benjamin is a Sports editor at The Rider News. Benjamin loves listening to music, camping, and hanging out with his friends. Benjamin loves the environment at the radio station and cannot wait to flourish there and create lasting relationships.
