On Tuesday, March 26* 107.7 The Bronc’s biggest spring event, the Eggscellent Egg Hunt, returns to the Campus Mall with “eggs”quisite treats for all to enjoy while you play games and activities before and after the big hunt. Who knows? Maybe you’ll be the lucky student who hops away with a three or four night cruise!
This year our award-winning Food Truck Row will be serving up:
- Bronc Bites Truck – Loaded Savory Waffles and Carrot Cake Cupcakes
- DeLorenzo’s The Burg Pizza – Slices of pizza
- Monster Energy Drinks. – Reign Storm beverage cans
- PJ’s Pancake House – Homemade mac and Cheese
- Yooo Cuz Food Truck – Pork roll and cheese sandwiches
- TCC’s Hibachi – Hibachi Chicken / Tofu, Veggie Spring Roll, Japaneses Curry with Tempura
We don’t just have food at the Eggscellent Egg Hunt, we also have tons of different games and activities all across the campus mall! Some of those games and activities include:

- Giant horseshoes
- Giant Kerplunk
- Giant Pong
- Sand Art
- Spin Art
- Egg dyeing provided by Rider University Store
- Mini Golf
- Petting Zoo provided by Rider SEC
