- “Rider University is not Rider University without 107.7 The Bronc. A lot of the major events that are done at the university are done through the radio station. A lot of the opportunities that are through the university are coming from the radio station, so the money that is being donated through the Radiothon will only continue to develop and enhance this program and bring it to bigger and better heights.”

- “I love The Bronc and will always continue to love The Bronc, because it made me the artist, the leader, and the person that I am today, and I’m forever grateful for it, and honestly, the skills that I learned there, I still use as a sound editor and designer for theatre, and more importantly, as a podcast creator as I’m exploring new avenues of being creative.”

- “My favorite 107.7 The Bronc memory or experience would have to be winning the Intercollegiate Broadcasting Systems Media Award for ‘Best College or University Radio Station Under 10,000 Students’ because that was a team effort. And, you know, the general public may never know, but I know how much the team worked for that. We cried, we struggled, we persevered, everything that we did, we did together and we were rewarded for it. I found my chosen family.’

- “I think people should donate to 107.7 The Bronc, because it’s really hard to understand, unless you’re actually here, to see how hard our students work every day. Everyone here is such a hard worker, and I think that it really doesn’t go noticed unless you are working here as well. Everything that gets put on the air is 100% student made, all the behind-the-scenes stuff that I can’t even tell you about is just crazy, it’s just such a well-oiled machine here, and I think that for those people that are raising that money, and for the people donating it’s a really good way to recognize the content students create here.

- “What I love about The Bronc’s environment is…there’s always something new. There’s always something interesting to do. Marketing to an audience, which is great, and just working with tons of different people. And, I just love our community and atmosphere here. It’s definitely home. I always say that Rider is such a huge community, but when you make smaller communities, and The Bronc is one of them, you just become an instant family, and you definitely feel the support and love from everyone at the station.”

- “I mean the events that we put on matter to people. There are things that people on this campus look forward to and being able to keep those campus traditions going, like Scream Screen and the Eggscellent Egg Hunt, is what makes our university run. We do it because we love it, and because of the experience and opportunities that The Bronc provides. I see so many people wearing 107.7 The Bronc shirts just around campus because it makes them feel like they’re a part of their Rider community. I mean at the end of the day. I will always be reping my 107.7 The Bronc.”
See you on the air!
We’ve got 74 hours to hit our goal and keep the spirit of 107.7 The Bronc thriving for years to come! This Radiothon is more than just a fundraiser—it’s a celebration of everything WRRC stands for: community, creativity, excellence, and a love for broadcasting. Let’s make history together!
