Our amazing staff has earned its spot as one of the highest-ranking college radio stations in the nation. We are a two-time National Association of Broadcasters Marconi Award nominee for College Radio Station of the Year in 2019 and 2021. In 2022 The Bronc was nominated for six Intercollegiate Broadcasting System Media Awards. 107.7 The Bronc Retro was the winner for Best Sports Update for The Overtime. Along with that in 2021, The Bronc won three NBS: National Electronic Media Association Awards for Audio Sports Program, Live Sports Production, Audio Promo, PSA or Commercial.

Meet the Staff
General Manager
A 30+ year radio veteran and graduate of Temple University ’87, John has been the General Manager of 107.7 The Bronc since September 2008. Before coming to Rider, John was a jack of all trades for 14 years at Nassau Broadcasting. He was a national award-winning Creative Director and Man On The Street for the PST Wake-Up Crew on both 97.5 and 94.5 WPST-FM before becoming the co-host of Philly Sports Live for three years on ESPN 920 WPHY-AM.
As the general manager for 107.7 The Bronc, John has helped mentor, advise and guide students to two consecutive Marconi Award nominations for College Radio Station of the Year and countless National Electronic Media Association and Intercollegiate Broadcasting System awards and nominations, while creating five campus tradition, adding a second online radio station called 107.7 The Bronc Retro and building new, state-of-the-art broadcast studios and production facilities.

Student General Manager
Rosalyn is an Arts and Entertainment Industries Management major and Public Relations minor returning for another year on 107.7 The Bronc’s Student Executive Staff! Coming from Mount Laurel, NJ, Rosalyn is also a sister of Alpha Xi Delta, a Rider Bonner Community Scholar, the Business Manager of Deaftones A Cappella, and is also the host of her own show “Viral Voices”, and is the host and producer of “Fun Jersey”! In her free time, Rosalyn likes to watch Netflix, Food Network, and Disney movies, do word searches, and spend time with her sisters, friends, and family! She is very excited to keep learning and growing with such an amazing station like 107.7 The Bronc!

Kadie DiGiuseppe is a Sports Media major from Glassboro NJ. Kadie is the News Director at the station where she is in charge of shows like The Bronc Buzz, The Bronc News Flash, Fun Jersey and Getting Down To Business. In addition to overseeing the shows, she is an anchor for The Bronc News Flash. Aside from 107.7 The Bronc, Kadie is a part of club softball as well as being a member of the Gail Bierenbaum’s Women’s Leadership Council. Kadie is also one of the Sports Editors at The Rider News. When Kadie is not at Rider, she is normally hanging out with her friends, at a Philadelphia sports game, watching TV, listening to music or at the beach.

Programming Director
Cassie is a Communication Studies Major & Radio Podcasting Minor, hailing from Piscataway, NJ. With the amount of experience and knowlege she has gained working for The Bronc, you wouldn’t believe she’s been at Rider for less than a year. Currently she manages the Program and Music Team, and hosts the “20Track Takeover” which features the top songs on the billboard hot 100. Outside of working for The Bronc, Cassie has 3 other jobs to keep her busy; working for BroncVision at Rider, Lifeguarding at a local YMCA, and she is a Outdoor Specialist for Girl Scouts— a workoholic for sure… When she gets some free time, Cass loves going to concerts and amusement parks with friends and family. Cassie can’t wait to see what’s in store for our great stations in the next year!

Whats up guys, Im Owen McCarron. I’m from West Windsor, I’m a Junior and I am a part of the Bronc as a morning show host of wake up rider, D1 womens basketball broadcaster, and sports reporter. I also joined the exec staff as promotions director, and now Student Chief Engineer.

Social Media Director
Emily O’Connor is an Arts and Entertainment Industries Management major, with a minor in Film and Television. At 107.7 The Bronc, she is on the Promotions Team as well as one of the anchors for the Bronc Buzz. Emily is also involved in the Rider University Network, where she is producing two TV shows, The Bounce and Baking with the Broncs. She is also a Bronc Ambassador. Outside of school, Emily loves to bake, read, and hang out with her family and friends.

Jaden Foreman is an award-winning dancer and entertainer. He has performed in many corners of the United States and has been bringing joy to audiences for just over a decade. More recently, he has been heavily involved with 107.7 The Bronc hosting All Funk’D Up, on Mondays from 4-5 PM under the name “DJ Triple F”. Jaden Foreman is The Bronc’s new Promotions Director and has already a lot of experience with assisting 107.7 The Bronc at Rider University events.

Alli is a junior radio and podcasting major from Medford, New Jersey. She enjoys listening to music (so much that you NEVER see her without her headphones), watching movies, and absolutely loves sleeping. Alli is the host of Mixed Madness, a co-host of Wake Up Rider, and also a co-host of Rider Ranks. In her free time, you can catch Alli hanging out with her friends, reading, and did she mention listening to music? Alli’s music taste is all over the place, but her favorite band is The Beatles. Alli also loves watching hockey, so you can always talk about the New Jersey Devils with her. With only half of her college career left, Alli can’t wait to see what opportunities are thrown at her while working at 107.7 The Bronc.

Dan Loges is an Arts and Entertainment Industries Management major from Freehold, New Jersey. He currently hosts the music show “Six String” on 107.7 The Bronc, where he shares his love for diverse music genres with his audience. A passionate music lover, Dan can often be found exploring new sounds across a wide range of styles. Outside of his radio duties, he enjoys playing video games, spending time with friends, and creating his own music. Dan is excited about the future opportunities and experiences that come with his work at 107.7 The Bronc!

RJ Seib (’27) is from Ocean City, NJ, and majors in Film and Television. At 107.7 The Bronc, he works on the production team, creating stabs and sweeps for our FM and Retro stations. RJ is a co-host of the movie talk show Watch Upon A Time. He is also the president of the Broc Box Office and a member of the Rider Model United Nations. He is always up to talking about movies or new music releases.

Ellis Foreman is a Sophomore Film and Television major at Rider University. At 107.7 the bronc, he is the co promotions director as well as a radio host for the show “Rider’s Top 40st Top 40”. When not at the station, Ellis is a member of the Foreman Brothers. An award winning and renowned tap dance duo that creates new and exciting experiences in the world of tap dance and beyond.

Lindsay Scarola is a Sports Media major and Broadcast Journalism minor at Rider from Roselle Park, New Jersey. She grew up as a fan of the NY Yankees, Knicks, Giants, and Rangers. She is also apart of the Rider News and works with Broncvision in Broadcast Production. Lindsay has been grateful of her opportunities given at the Bronc. Being a part of the Sports Report team and a part of the Lawrence Baseball crew has made her grow. When not at the Bronc or covering Rider sports, she is the third baseman of her team, Rider Club Softball.

Aidan Magee is a sports media major from Mount Laurel, New Jersey. He graduated from Lenape High School and interned at his high school’s district television program (LDTV) during his time there. At Rider, does more than work at The Bronc. He also works for BroncVision. Aidan loves his Philly sports teams, especially the Phillies and E-A-G-L-E-S! One of his best memories was being at Game 5 of the 2022 NLCS to see the Phillies win the NL Championship. He also likes watching movies and TV shows, reading, learning new languages, and playing video games.

Bella Soto is a Political Science major and Gender and Sexuality Studies minor from Pennsauken, New Jersey! She first began working with 107.7 The Bronc when she started her weekly radio show, “Talking Tunes,” in her freshman year. Now, she is a Co-Music Director at the station with the hopes of sharing and expanding her music taste! Outside of the station, she enjoys drinking coffee, hanging out with friends and family, and playing games.

Michael Lucas is a cybersecurity major and computer science minor from Bensalem, Pennsylvania. At the Bronc he started off on the programming team uploading music for themed weekends and student shows. He now serves as webmaster for the Bronc, hoping to gain new skills and expand his horizons. Outside of the Bronc he likes to play guitar, hang out with friends, and watch movies.

Guy Varela is a Film and Television major from Scotch Plains, New Jersey. At 107.7 The Bronc, Guy is the Media Services Director and is the host of his own music show, Guy FM. Besides the radio station, Guy is involved with the Rider University Network, Men’s Club Soccer Team, and Men’s Club Volleyball Team. Guy is also a brother of Sigma Phi Epsilon Zeta. Outside of college, Guy loves to play soccer, watch TV shows/movies, and play video games. He also enjoys working out, hanging out with friends, and being a huge sports fan of Tottenham Hotspur, The New Jersey Devils, and The New York Giants. Guy loves Pop Punk, Grunge and Rock, and has many favorite bands which include Blink-182, The Story So Far, Neck Deep, and Third Eye Blind.

Grace is a graphic design major hailing from Brick, New Jersey, serving as copy director and a host of “Fun Jersey” at 107.7 The Bronc. With a love for all things unique, Grace explores alternative genres on her radio show, “An Octave Lower”, finding solace in the universal language of music. Some sounds she typically enjoys are doom metal, stoner rock, symphonic metal, and “goth n’ roll”. Outside of rock, she enjoys edm, reggaeton, country, and darkwave. In her free time, Grace appreciates the arts in all forms, but spends most of her time writing, drawing, watching vintage films, reading novels, collecting magazines and other quirky finds, and looking for the next band to obsess over. At 107.7 The Bronc, Grace is enthusiastic to sharpen her writing skills in creative ways and to meet new people along the journey!

Lathan Gil is a Music Production Major who started working at 107.7 The Bronc in September of 2024. He is the host of his own radio show “OMG! What’s The Tea?” He is a performer, who releases his own music under the stage name Laytin, and he is a part of the Pop, Rock, & Hip Hop ensemble at Rider, along with the Choreography club. Besides performing and music he also loves video games and talking with his friends, and he is very excited to expand his career at 107.7 The Bronc.
