Alumni In Action gives you an inside look at all the doors that WRRC-FM can open in your life, highlighting the unique paths that can come from being a team member at The Bronc. Watch and listen each week to follow the story of our 107.7 The Bronc alumni to hear the different ways that the station that plays the biggest hits and best variety has impacted all of our alumni.
Listen on Sundays at 8 a.m. to get the entire story of a 107.7 The Bronc alumni’s career during and after their time creating content in our studios. Each episode will include interesting stories from their undergraduate years at Rider, to how they used those experiences in their chosen career path as they navigate today’s media landscape.

Meet Your Hosts
Kadie DiGiuseppe (Co-Host) is a Sports Media major from Glassboro NJ and will graduate in the Spring of 2027. She is the Student General Manager at the station and apart of the broadcast team for the Men’s Basketball team on 107.7 The Bronc Retro. In addition to that, she is an anchor for the news team as she was formally the News Director. For her contributions to the station, Kadie holds the record for student to have most Intercolligate Broadcasting Systems Media Award Nominations with four nominations (Best News Director, Best Newscast, Best Sports Talk Show, Best Sports Interview). Aside from 107.7 The Bronc, Kadie is a sister of Alpha Xi Delta where she is the External Marketing Director, Marshall and an Honors Board Representative. She has also done The Rider News and the Gail Bierenbaum’s Leadership Council since her freshman year. When Kadie is not at Rider, she is normally hanging out with her friends, at a Philadelphia sports game, watching TV, listening to music or at the beach.

Dan Loges (Co-Host) is an Arts and Entertainment Industries Management major from Freehold, New Jersey. He serves as the Assistant Student General Manager of 107.7 The Bronc after his time as an Intercollegiate Broadcasting Systems Media Award-nominated Production Director. Additionally, Dan is the host of “Six String,” showing off his love for guitarists across the board, as well as a host of “Odog Garden Salad,” where he and his friends play Dungeons and Dragons on-air. Outside of the Radio Station, Dan is an involved brother of Theta Chi, serving as the Risk Management Chair. Additionally, Dan performs as an independent musician, having released several projects on multiple streaming platforms.
