The Broncwich by Sergio Nino Vela ’26 has officially joined the Yooo Cuz food trailer menu and it’s on sale for you to enjoy for just $15!

Rider University’s new signature sandwich features tender stir-fried beef marinated in a savory teriyaki soy sauce, topped with fresh tomatoes and onions, all served on warm ciabatta bread.

Even better, every Broncwich purchased at most YoooCuz food trailer gives back to the Rider community. $1 from each sale is donated directly to the Rider Food Pantry, supporting students facing food insecurity and helping ensure members of the Rider community have access to essential resources when they need them most.
