Make Your Flavors POP with Soda!
107.7 The Bronc’s Rider Student Top Chef is back and we’re soda-lighted to partner with Liberty Coca-Cola to bring you the most pop-tastic competition yet!
This year it’s…Pop Shop! That’s right… you have to cook something up with a Liberty Coca-Cola product! We’re once again allowing both sweet and savory for this year’s soda-licious competition!
Contestants are free to create, cook, and bake anything their hearts desire, as long as it includes a Liberty Coca-Cola owned brand, including but not limited to: Barq’s Rootbeer, Coke, Sprite, Gold Peak, Vitamin Water, and Minute Maid.
The Pop Shop is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, or that midnight snack you’re so pop-sessed with. There’s endless possibilities, so don’t let your creativity fizzle out!
The only rule is that you must use a Coca-Cola product in your recipe! For a complete list of acceptable products and brands, click here!
Contestants have from Monday, October 20 to Sunday, November 16 at 11:59 p.m. to submit a fizz-alicious recipe that will blow the campus away!

All contestants will be contacted by Rider Dining shortly after submitting their recipe to set up an interview. Finalists will be contacted and announced on Thursday, November 20!
The competition will take place on Tuesday, December 2, from 5-7 p.m. in Daly Dining Hall where any and all Rider students will taste the top 3 recipes and vote for the winner, who will win a grand prize!
Grand Prize includes:
- $300 Visa gift Card
- Yeti cooler filled with Coke and Coke Zero
- Jump Party for 10 at Sky Zone in Hamilton including one hour in the Chill Zone
- All Access Salon Week package at The Tanning Zone in Hamilton and Bordentown
- A pair of tickets to see A Christmas Carol at McCarter Theatre in Princeton, NJ
- A pair of tickets to see The Nice List at Bristol Riverside Theatre in Bristol, PA
