We are beaming with pride at 107.7 The Bronc! We’ve just been nominated for a 2026 National Association of Broadcasters Marconi Radio Award for College Radio Station of the Year! This is The Bronc’s second consecutive nomination and the sixth time in seven years the NAB has bestowed WRRC-FM the opportunity to win the biggest award in all of broadcasting.
On Tuesday, October 20, The Bronc will join hundreds of radio station executives and on-air personalities from across the country at the NAB’s annual Marconi Radio Award Reception at the historic Edison Ballroom to find out who will bring home radio’s most coveted hardware.
With the help of our Rider family, its students, faculty and staff, as well as our many sponsors and most importantly you, our listeners, we have another amazing opportunity to represent the Rider University in the Big Apple in Times Square and bring the 2026 Marconi Radio Award home to display in the lobby of our state of the art broadcast studios.
107.7 The Bronc FM and our sister station, 107.7 The Bronc Retro, have been nominated for a total of 59 terrestrial and online radio/streaming awards since 2019. This includes six NAB Marconi Award nominations in 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2025 and now in 2026, plus 43 Intercollegiate Broadcasting Systems Media Awards and 10 NBS AERho awards since 2019.
