Powered exclusively by Rider students, 107.7 The Bronc features a full, student executive staff modeled after and designed to operate like a “free market” radio station.
Our amazing staff has earned its spot as one of the highest-ranking college radio stations in the nation. The Bronc has been a multiple-time National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Marconi Radio Award nominee for College Radio Station of the Year, including 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2025. The station has also earned consistent recognition from the Intercollegiate Broadcasting Systems (IBS) Media Awards, with major recent wins in 2026, including Best Giveaway for The Morning Bagel Run and Jewelry Spree, Best Station Promotional Poster for Scream Screen, and Best On-Air Pledge Drive for its first-ever Radiothon. 107.7 The Bronc has additionally been a multiple-time nominee for IBS awards, including Best Radio Station and Best Online/Streaming Radio Station. The Bronc was ranked #18 Best College Radio Station by The Princeton Review, reflecting its continued national recognition among top college radio programs!

Meet the Staff
General Manager
A 30+ year radio veteran and graduate of Temple University ’87, John has been the General Manager of 107.7 The Bronc since September 2008. Before coming to Rider, John was a jack of all trades for 14 years at Nassau Broadcasting. He was a national award-winning Creative Director and Man On The Street for the PST Wake-Up Crew on both 97.5 and 94.5 WPST-FM before becoming the co-host of Philly Sports Live for three years on ESPN 920 WPHY-AM.
As the general manager for 107.7 The Bronc, John has helped mentor, advise and guide students to two consecutive Marconi Award nominations for College Radio Station of the Year and countless National Electronic Media Association and Intercollegiate Broadcasting System awards and nominations, while creating five campus tradition, adding a second online radio station called 107.7 The Bronc Retro and building new, state-of-the-art broadcast studios and production facilities.

Kadie DiGiuseppe is a Sports Media major from Glassboro NJ and will graduate in the Spring of 2027. She is the Student General Manager at the station and apart of the broadcast team for the Men’s Basketball team on 107.7 The Bronc Retro. In addition to that, she is an anchor for the news team as she was formally the News Director. For her contributions to the station, Kadie holds the record for student to have most Intercolligate Broadcasting Systems Media Award Nominations with four nominations (Best News Director, Best Newscast, Best Sports Talk Show, Best Sports Interview). Aside from 107.7 The Bronc, Kadie is a sister of Alpha Xi Delta where she is the External Marketing Director, Marshall and an Honors Board Representative. She has also done The Rider News and the Gail Bierenbaum’s Leadership Council since her freshman year. When Kadie is not at Rider, she is normally hanging out with her friends, at a Philadelphia sports game, watching TV, listening to music or at the beach.

Bella Soto is a Political Science major and Gender and Sexuality Studies minor from Pennsauken, New Jersey! She first began working with 107.7 The Bronc when she started her weekly radio show, “Talking Tunes,” in her freshman year. Now, she is a Co-Music Director at the station with the hopes of sharing and expanding her music taste! Outside of the station, she enjoys drinking coffee, hanging out with friends and family, and playing games.

Ellis Foreman is a Sophomore Film and Television major at Rider University. At 107.7 the bronc, he is the co promotions director as well as a radio host for the show “Rider’s Top 40st Top 40”. When not at the station, Ellis is a member of the Foreman Brothers. An award winning and renowned tap dance duo that creates new and exciting experiences in the world of tap dance and beyond.

Marcus Kollie is a Film and Television major at Rider University from Levittown, Pennsylvania. He began working with 107.7 The Bronc by started his weekly student show called, “A Random Afterparty” in his first semester of college. Then, in his second semester, he became one of the newest production directors, looking to use his creativity to shape the voice of this radio station. Beyond 107.7 The Bronc, he enjoys hanging out with friends and family, playing games, and finding a good enough reason to record some videos in his free time.

Jaden Foreman is an award-winning dancer and entertainer. He has performed in many corners of the United States and has been bringing joy to audiences for just over a decade. More recently, he has been heavily involved with 107.7 The Bronc hosting Rhythms & Rhymes and University Feud. Jaden Foreman is The Bronc’s Promotions Director and has already a lot of experience with assisting 107.7 The Bronc at Rider University events.

Branden Munoz is from Staten Island, New York and is an Exercise Science Major who started working at The Bronc in September of 2025. He is the host of his own radio show “Branden The Bronc”, where he talks about college wrestling and the wrestling world. He is also a co-host on “Wake Up Rider”. Branden always enjoys bonding, getting to know people, and goofing around.

Shir Hami is a transfer student at Rider University with a criminal justice and sociology major with a minor in psychology. She is hoping to become a homicide detective in the FBI after graduation. Shir is a co-host on Wake Up Rider, and involved on campus in many ways including being a proud sister of Alpha Xi Delta. Working at the station has helped Shir build confidence, communication skills, and a stronger media presence. Outside of school and the station, Shir loves spending time with her family and friends, going on little adventures, teaching, and trying new things.

Guy Varela is a Radio and Podcasting major from Scotch Plains, New Jersey. At 107.7 The Bronc, Guy is the Media Services Director and is the host of his own music show, Guy FM. Besides the radio station, Guy is involved with Sigma Phi Epsilon, Rider University Conference Services, and The Rider Men’s Club Soccer Team. Outside of college, Guy loves to play sports, watch TV shows/movies, and play video games. He also enjoys working out, hanging out with friends, and being a huge sports fan of Tottenham Hotspur, The New Jersey Devils, and The New York Giants. Guy loves Pop Punk, Grunge, and Rock, and has many favorite bands which include Blink-182, The Story So Far, and Turnstile to name a few.

Lindsay Scarola is a Sports Media major and Broadcast Journalism minor from Roselle Park, New Jersey. At 107.7 The Bronc, Lindsay is the first female Sports Director and first female Play-by-Play Broadcaster calling Lawrence High School Baseball. She is the host of The Bronc Box Score and is a co-host of the Bronc After Hours. Outside the station, Lindsay is a Production Assistant for BroncVision, a beat writer for The Rider News, and the third basemen for Rider Club Softball. She is a huge fan of the New York Yankees and Giants. When off campus, Lindsay enjoys going to Yankees games, watching movies, going on late night drives, painting, and to concerts. She listens to any genre of music and a variety of bands. Lindsay is grateful for the experiences and opportunities she’s gotten at Rider!

Joshua Yuhas is a Sports Media major from Flemington, New Jersey. Graduating from Hunterdon Central Regional High School, Joshua gained experience as a play-by-play and color commentator with HCTV as well as gaining experience as a radio host on the school’s station, 90.5 WCVH. On campus, Joshua is the News Director at 107.7 The Bronc, the Sports Editor at The Rider News and operates as part of the Rider Men’s basketball and Lawrence High School baseball broadcasting crews. Joshua is a sports fanatic who loves to follow all sports, but baseball remains his favorite. His fandoms lie with the Yankees, Jets, Knicks, and Devils and he is grateful for all the opportunities at Rider.

Grace Juarez is a graphic design major hailing from Brick, New Jersey. Not only is she the Copy Director, she writes and produces the “Fun Jersey” podcast, and is a part of the News Team at 107.7 The Bronc! Outside of The Bronc, Grace is the Graphic Design Manager at The Rider News. Grace grew up with alternative music and media that curated her love for all things unique and odd. In her spare time, she frolicks outside, loves beachcombing, drawing, reading, and exploring new music that inspires her creativity. Jon Coiro is a Sports Media Major from South Bound Brook, NJ. He is set to becoming the Traffic Director at 107.7 The Bronc and is extremely grateful for all opportunities given within the station. Jon currently serves as a broadcaster for Rancocas Valley Regional High School Football & Lawrence High School baseball, all while writing & producing two sports reports per week for The Best Damn Sports Report & The Overtime. Additionally, he hosts his own weekly talk show called The Tri-State Sports Ramble, where he breaks down everything sports within the New York, New Jersey, & Philadelphia areas. In his free time, Jon enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
