We have a new way we will be introducing you to the NEW executive staff at 107.7 The Bronc. And, obviously the best way is to have us introduce each other!
Created by the Social Media team, we REALLY wanted to do something new, fresh and different for us. Social Director Annmarie Ehlers was inspired during one of our creative services meetings, “I originally wasn’t sure what we would do. I wanted to do something new that we haven’t done before. We spoke about it and our boss John Mozes mentioned Variety Magazine’s series “Actors on Actors” and that really inspired this. We went from there!”
So What Is Exactly Happening?
To keep our social media content current, this summer we are having members of The Bronc’s executive staff interview each other so our listeners and followers can get to know us better! And each of us have creative freedom to literally talk about whatever we want! “I put the whole lineup together, and I just let the staff have creative freedom with the questions. The only questions I asked them to ask each other was, ‘What do you do?’ and ‘What do you look forward to?’ I think that giving them freedom with asking questions will really let them be calmer during the interview process and they can have a real genuine conversation that way.”
The Filming Process
Filming during finals week actually did not hinder anything. The staff made themselves available, which was quite nice to see, and Annmarie couldn’t have been any happier about that, “A lot of the staff was more than willing to help. We all have jobs to do as a staff so they knew they had a commitment, and I am so happy they made good on that.”
The team will sit two staff members across from each other in one of our state of the art production studios, and then all they have to do is talk. They will ask about their lives, pet peeves, funny memories, and more!
Who is interviewing who was thought of by our amazing social media director. Annmarie tried to make the interviews all random, but she didn’t like the outcome. “At first we spun a wheel, but I felt the matchups the wheel was picking wouldn’t have brought out the personalities of our staff. So I started selecting who would interview who the best. I paired up more introverted people with more outgoing people to help bring out their personalities.”
