107.7 The Bronc’s Music Directors Playlist is getting a facelift and making a comeback, but with a twist! The station’s music directors are still putting ten songs each into the playlist and consistently updating it every week to truly give listeners the biggest hits and best variety, BUT we are also giving you guys updates on our SOCIAL MEDIA as well!!!

Wait But … What Is The Playlist?
The Music Directors Playlist is a collection of ten songs from a multitude of genres, that are personal favorites of our Music Directors that they feel need the spotlight focused on them for that week!
Parker Meneses enjoys listening to a full range of music genres, “My taste is very diverse and well known to people who listen to all different styles of music. It entails everything from hit records to underrated gems from many different artists. Working at the station really forces me to listen and look into genres I would’ve never typically listen to!”
However, The Bronc’s two Music Directors might have more in common than we thought. Even though they generally do not technically “collaborate” on their respective playlists each week, there’s always some overlap, “We haven’t collaborated yet on what to add, but there have been times where we add songs from the same artist and don’t even mean to do so!”

A New Update
For the first time in 107.7 The Bronc history a new reel will be uploaded to The Bronc’s Instagram every week for an exclusive sneak peak at the Music Directors Playlist and how and why songs are selected. This is a start of a new tradition at The Bronc, and what better time to begin than this summer with our two new Music Directors: Parker Meneses ‘29, and Natalie Cunningham ‘29.
On the social media side, Social Media Director Annmarie Ehlers ‘27 says now more than ever is the best time to do this. “John [Mozes] our General Manager has wanted us to do this for a while, so he approached me about doing this with Natalie and Parker, and I’m really looking forward to it! The Music Directors are new, it’s about to be a new semester, it’s a great time to do new things.”
You can make sure to catch Natalie and Parker responding to certain prompts about their picks for the playlist every Wednesday at 6 p.m. on 107.7 The Bronc’s Instagram.
